In keeping with our passion and commitment to celebrating the authentic Mexican kitchen, Hecho en Dumbo is pleased to now feature, the Chef's Table.

Emphasizing fresh seafood and local meats, prepared in some of the most cherished traditions of Mexico, Hecho en Dumbo is pleased to present a five-course tasting menu.  The $55 prix fixe is available by online reservation only for parties no greater than two, and is served exclusively at the bar overlooking the restaurants open kitchen.

As there are no substitutions for the prix fixe, please refer to the menu on our website should you have any allergy concerns or dietary restrictions prior to booking.

Reservations are acepted for the Chef's Table prix fixe only.  Please note thate seating for the main dining room is available only on a first come, first served basis.
