Hecho en Dumbo’s Chef’s Table comprises a special five-course tasting menu served at a small counter overlooking the restaurant’s open kitchen. Rotating twice per season, the menu showcases the application of fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients in both traditional and contemporary Mexican preparations.
Pricing for the tasting menu is $60 per guest and is exclusive of beverages, tax, and gratuity.
